IMF
In-Mold Forming (IMF) is our core business. We use this technique to produce high-quality three-dimensional plastic parts with decorative finishes, which are robust and resistant to abrasion and wear. Passing the highest OEM quality standards.
In-Mold forming
IMD
IMD (In-Mold Decoration) allows us to decorate plastic parts in the injection moulding process, by transferring the inks and coating printed on the Carrier film that runs through the cavity of the injection mould, leaving the intended designs printed on the injected part. This technology is complementary to MFI for parts with less geometric complexity.
In-Mold decoration
IME
IME (In Mold Electronics) allows us to integrate electronic functionality and even hybridisation of electronic components in films which, once thermoformed under high pressure, are introduced into the injection mould along with the decorative insert, providing decorated parts with electronic functionality (HMI).

Screen printing
Screen printing on PC, PMMA, ABS and Polyester allows us to produce multiple designs, print our own films and add functionality to our components. This technology provides the required versatility to add 3D effects, double decorations and short runs that would not be possible with other processes such as engrave printing or flexo printing.
Thermoforming
We have automatic high and low pressure lines to transform materials such as ABS, PC, PMMA or PA into film format. Through high-pressure thermoforming (HPF), we avoid any deformations inherent to plastic material and we can achieve the registration and positioning of figures and pictograms that are difficult to obtain with other techniques.
Cutting
We use high-precision technologies to give the final shape to all our components by means of die cutting, 6-axis laser and 5- and 6-axis CNC. .
Injection
We use the latest 1k+ insert and 2k+ insert injection technologies as well as the best robotic cells and machine vision cameras to guarantee the final quality of our products.
