Sustainability, from the very beginning
At Walter Pack, we don’t just tack sustainability on at the end. It’s in the raw materials we choose, the processes we design, and every decision we make. That’s how we’ve always seen it.
Our Commitment to Sustainability
At Walter Pack, sustainability does not stem from regulations or trends. It stems from a conviction: that an industrial company can—and must—make responsible decisions from the very beginning. That is why we have long been making decisions that go beyond immediate results: what materials we use, how we work, how we treat people and the communities where we operate… And we put this into practice through three areas—Good Governance, Environment, and Social Impact. For us, sustainability is not a destination; it is a starting point.
Good Governance
It defines how we act responsibly: the policies, ethical principles, and management frameworks that guide our activities and strengthen our relationships with customers, suppliers, and institutions.
Policies
Common guidelines for acting responsibly throughout the organization.
Codes of Ethics
The set of principles that guides our conduct both within and outside of Walter Pack.
Environment
Every decision regarding materials, processes, and resources has environmental consequences. We work to reduce our own: by measuring our carbon footprint, advancing circularity, and improving energy efficiency plant by plant.

Social
Social impact at Walter Pack has two dimensions. Internally, an organizational model (New Style of Relationships) that places people at the center of every decision. Externally, an active commitment to the communities and environments where we operate—our commitment to society.
“We incorporate ethical, social, and environmental criteria into our relationships with our suppliers because we understand that Walter Pack’s sustainability begins long before our plant. We carefully select who we work with, how we work, and under what conditions. A responsible supply chain is not just an annual audit. It is a relationship built on the same values we hold ourselves to.”
