Our Mexico plant has renewed its MDA (MacDermid Alpha Approved Process) certification after passing the audit conducted on March 13th by MacDermid Alpha, global leader in the field of fully integrated materials; helping to deliver enhanced performance, reliability, and sustainability to electronics manufacturers worldwide.
The XMAPP audit confirmed that Walter Pack’s Mexico plant adheres to the strict quality and process control standards set by the company. This certification is a testament to our excellence in manufacturing our products.

It’s worth noting that Walter Pack’s Mexico plant was the first to achieve MDA certification in 2020, a milestone later reached by the Igorre and Barcelona plants in 2021. This demonstrates our leadership in implementing the best quality and process control standards.
The MDA certification is valid for two years and requires Walter Pack to maintain a robust and effective quality management system. The company is committed to conducting regular internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance with MDA standards.
